Has anyone heard of Saga Outerwear....?

I ordered my suite like 2 months ago...I haven't gotten it yet and I haven't even gotten any "signe de vie" from the company.  Is anyone else in the same situation as me?  Does anyone know how to get into contact with them?
 
they had problems with the manufacturers losing all of their clothes... i'm surprised you haven;t heard from them, because they have either refunded or explained the situation to all other customers i have heard of. I know there is a newschoolers name that's like saga_outerwear or somthing, otherwise go to the site and email them.
 
yea you should probably contact them instead of waiting for them to contact you cuz I dont remember the details but something went wrong that screwed them over and I guess they are just gonna have to refund people.
 
Thanks guys, I've tried calling them like 4 times though..  I've sent a bunch of emails and left a few messages.  No one seems to be able to return my call and I haven't gotten a refund....Is the site number and email the only way of reaching them?
 
that's reallly odd, because i know people who have ordered some of the stuff that was swindled from saga, and saga refunded them.

Hopefully you get through.
