Has anyone ever bought kingpin 13's for less than $500??

The marker kingpin 13 is 23% off on backcountry for $500. Thats still a lot of money and I consider myself a pretty keen deal hunter but I want to know if you guys have ever gotten better deals on kinpins. How'd you do it?

jons a legend!! the website may look dated but the guy is legit. i took a pair of skis to his store to get mounted and i have no bad words to say about him.
