Has anyone ever been so sick they starting tripping out?

thursday night my fever was so high that i woke up in the middle of the night and was convinced that something was going to happen and it was going to fill up my room with something (its hard to explain but it made perfect sense at the time) and i would never be able to move again or anything. i also seriously felt like the walls of my room were getting closer. even thinking about it i still get the same feeling i had before which is really weird. it was actually really really scary at the time since i was really sure i was going to die.

anyone have any similar expirience? or is my mind just horribly mangled.
 
yeah i thought i was like in antartica and my room was lie filling up with water...idk it was rly fucked up...but yeah that shit sucks.
 
When I have really bad fevers I start to think everything is really quite but its moving really fast. When I close my eyes I see like a hole in the ground and I start getting closer to it but then it gets smaller. Its hard to explain but its pretty weird.
 
another thing when i have fevers is my depth perception goes nuts and things look really far away and i have no concept of size. the other day sitting in my car i felt like my body was 2 feet tall and i was sitting 9 feet in the air it was cool but at the same time not cool at all
