Has anyone else had bad luck with Abstract Mall?

So I ordered 2 cases of case #2 size 3XL during the Jiberish Smash and Grab Sale. As everyone else probably was, I was stoked about the sale. So I submitted my order on June 30th and the wait began. After 11 days had passed I emailed them and asked why my order had not arrived. They told me Jiberish had a label machine that had broken and that they had to wait for a technician to come out and fix it. It seemed like the most fabricated made up story ever. I wasn't too upset because they told me that my order had been shipped and that it would be here by the middle of the week (Wednesday). Sure enough a box arrived on Wednesday. I was pumped after the long wait but was quickly disappointed after I had opened my case. It was all good until I realized it was only the first case, I figured they would have combined them. The second issue was that I received a 2XL piece mixed in with the rest of them. I figured I would just exchange it for the size that I actually ordered but then I remembered that all sales were final and that there would be no returns. I was a little bummed. I heard that people that ordered multiple cases received the second one the day after the first one had arrived. Once again I was disappointed when my 2nd case never showed up today.

So I was just wondering if other people had the same issues that I did with their orders. It's not that Abstract Mall ripped me off or scammed me at all but they didn't handle their Smash and Grab Sale very well at all.

yeA so abstract mall has to put ALL the orders to jiberish and jiberish has to send ALL the crates to Abstract then abstract has to ship to u

think about it its gonna take along time
 
Naw Dude, Jiberish ships it straight to your house, they don't send it back to Abstract Mall. It's called drop shipment.

kids got a legitimate point, I know they're probably running a little late with shipping but they shouldn't email him saying a date to expect it when its a blatant lie, and he's not a noob he just lurks.
 
that makes you sound kind of homo..... back to the topic, just shoot jiberish an email saying whats up. they will work it out, and you may even get 11 total pieces because they'll let you keep the 2xl piece
 
Yea dude, that would be sick if they let me keep it. I already emailed them and I'm just waiting for a response. thanks for the post
 
^^^ exactly. but I had some mess ups with my order and they are sending replacements with not much questions asked
 
UPDATE: Jiberish emailed me back and they apparently "forgot" to ship my 2nd crate. It's chill because they also said they would replace the piece that they sent to me in the wrong size. So the wait is on again.
