I've recently read on here that getboards rips people off, is this true?? I was just about to buy my new skis on there! What is a good sight to buy skis on?

i've bought stuff before. they're good. sometimes they're on vacation during the summer so service isn't as great.

yea i got a hoodie and t shirt from there last summer. Pretty good service, hoodie got here really fast but the shirt was a little late. Still got here though so it was fine

i orderd my skis tree weeks ago, and i still havent gotten them, and im sure i complete the form and stuff correctly i double checked it. ive called them twice and emailed them and still nothing. im getting worried about my babies

Getboards is a good shop. They are cool guys and sell core product. They hook it up, from time to time they'll be waiting on product from producers and that results in you waiting once you've placed an order, but they're a good website. Don't worry about them...

me and my mom odered my brother pants for christmas, and they never came, never billed her credit card, and we checked out and everything, got the thing that said it went through, my mom emailed them, caled them, and never got a response

Jksl, that's probably because they had invetory at one point, were sold out when you ordered your gear, and then couldn't get a re-order from that specific manufacturer. They never billed your card becasue they never had the product availible...it's not their fault some company couldn't deliver to getboards...

 
it wasn;t so much that...it was more than my mom called like everyday for like 2 weeks and sent them a few emails and never got a response

im ordering a siver cartel jacket from there i heard there good about most things, but i got 2 my shops before i go there

-let people do what they want, ski how you want, make whoever you want your role model its your choice

-i love to ski, so should you, its fun, try it sometime

I preordered some siver stuff... They sent me Siver stickers!!!

Anyways, getboards has always been pretty awesome to deal with, except once I got a package that was missing like half the stuff and It turned out that the box had opened up in shipping and UPS tapped it back up and acted like nothing happened. I guess that wasn't really Getboards.com's fault though, so...

i just got my new chronics from them....i haad to wait a week for them to get a new shippment in from Line but other than that....then came three days after they shipped em and i didnt pay a thing for shipping.....its a good deal and it worked fine for me

 
i got like 5 of the same getboards shirt that costs like 3 bucks each, thats cheaper than plain white shirts

I've baught one pair of skis, bindings shirts, hoodies. And im buying My new skis, bindings, and my outerwear from here. Great service. I had a pair of look bindings that broke. I sent them back and they gave me a set of bindings that were 100 dollars more for free, no questions asked. It was sick

I order everything from getboards.com just make sure you understand if its a pre-order or not since it is early in the season. Some skis might be a pre-order. I pre-ordered the Line Bindings from them to make sure I get them.

If you ever get a late shipment from getboards.com

call them and they will send you free stuff.
