because i sent him money for a helmet on september 7 and he said he was gonna ship it a while ago, and i havent got it, and i asked him whats going on and he hasnt responded yet

this dudes legit right?

The fact that you *finally* got what you paid for doesn't necessarily make someone legit. Read the rest of the replies.....

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt, as I would expect someone to also do for me. If he doesn't come correct REAL quick though, I'm calling the dogs.
