Has anyone been to India?

its been a life long dream to go, this summer and next summer i plan to earn the necessary money so that i can go after i'm done with my undergraduate shit. i'd like to spend somewhere between 3 and 5 months there. Who has been? What were some exceptional experiences that you've had? Has anyone been on their own, like without parents or their school?

i shall proceed and continue to rock the mic

P-JO: 'where do you come up with this shit? I mean its not shit, but is there some book I need to read?'

I've never been, i really want to though, I'm in the same situation as you. My uncle has spent alot of time in the hills and monestaries there. The cities are supper dirty and sketchy. You want to go to the country as soon as possible, the mouyntains are beautiful and incredible. Pot grows naturally there, the locals will teach you how to make hash with nothing but your hands

the culture is thousands of years old. i think its one of the wildest countries in the world, if not the most wild. its fucking huge, it has everything from paradise beaches to desert to enormous mountains. it would be like nothing that i've ever seen. i've done the europe thing, i'm half british so i've been there 8 times. i want something completely different.

I see what you're saying. I'd rather go back to Mexico and spend a week on the beach drunk as a monkey... different strokes for different folks

I'll smack you in the mouth, I'm Neil Diamond

'Dude, check out this nasty gouge.'

'Your mom has a nasty gouge.'

'I just defragmented all my viruses so they run faster.'

I went in 1990 when I was like 8 for like 2 months. I was obviously with my parents. Visited a lot of family, did some of the tourist stuff, spent some time in Goa. It was pretty cool and an awsome experience, but I think I was a little young to truely appreciate it. I want to go back.
