Whats better then blowing out your core just landing off a rail? On the third run on my brand new Salomon suspects. I wanted a ski that would last me through college, thought going salomon would be on the safer side. I was wrong.
lol no, i have a pair of broken ass fujatives in my basement, never used but my friend used them for a bit and his whole edge came off.
the suspects look actually kinda plastic and shitty i dunno why, they chip really easily right? I don't know what the fuck is up with that since it has a wood core but the topsheet seems really cheap.
Breaking skis is no fun at all. You really can't judge a brand by one pair of skis though, its inevitable that there will be a couple of defefcts from EVERY brand! Thats why warranty programs exist.
Any ski manufacturer will have a tiny number of pairs that break for whatever reason. Wait until everyone says their skis are breaking, THEN light the torches.
honestly man iv always had salomons and they are great skis never break, etc theres a lot of good talk about the suspects u may of just gotten a bad pair or whatever and if they do break again u can just keep getting new skis for free and eventually will move onto the next years shit
What exactly happened? how did you land on them? Ive ridden my suspects for a day and they seem pretty solid. One chip in my topsheet but every ski ive ever had has gotten chips and scratches in the top sheet. I do notice that everytime I flex them I can hear the core tearing slightly but that may be normal. You probably just got a lemon. Update us on the status of getting them warrantied though.
i remember hearing alot of reviews about how easy they break or something along those lines... but since they look so cool then it doesnt matter how they preform right?
dude i would give you karma but you already have 10 from me. you forgot that volkl sucks because they are stiff, elan sucks because no one has ridden them. fyi, i love all of these brands accept armada, im not real big on them
