like to the point of when u lean ur calf against the back of ur boot it almost makes u scream... if so how long did it take to heal, what was wrong, should i see doctor? +k
ya it happens to alot of ppl. i had a real bad case of it two seasons ago. i just suggest that you dont ski or do and physical activity for at least 2 weeks or untill it stops to hurt. in the mean time you should ice it or take a bath to relax the muscles
its probably just bruised really bad or stretched... just ice it alot(20 minutes on, 20 off) and stretch your calf a good amount. another thing you can do is take a tennis ball and roll it up and down your calf with some pressure, it will help work it out
ya last year i overshot a jump and landed in the flat backseat and fucked up my calf it took like a month or so to fully heal...but ya that hurts so bad
