Has any of you guys and girls dreamt that they were skiing, then woke up, still believing they were in a skiresort, just to flip on the lights and meet disappointment when you see that you're in youre own room and its summer :(

*I had this happen to me 3 times past week and it sucks to get confronted with this every time :(
 
no, but i had tons of dreams where i threw mad shit. then i woke up and thought, whoa, i threw mad shit... but wait, i was just dreamin, so no switch cork 10s for me in real life
 
this actually did happen to me. i dreamt i was up at the resort, then i went in the lodge for lunch and layed my head down on the table and then woke up in my bed. i thought for a second i was still in the lodge before i sat up in my bed.
 
the other night i had a dream i skied with steve stepp for one run but all of the rails were like 5 feet from the lip of the jump and we still managed to do it, and then the mountain we were on turned into the hill in my front yard and everything but me dissapeared and i ended up buying this huge cheese pizza in the lodge... it was weird
 
i dreamt once that i broke my hand and actually did because i had punched my wall in the middle of the night and when i woke up i saw my hand all swollen and shit... sucked balls.
 
got a front up front up blind 2 out last night on a 25ft narrow flat down box.

Was pretty stoked on that, then I woke up and it's summer ...
 
haha ya ive done that, i more daydream/dream im skiing then get woken up and im like .... fuck id rather be skiing.
 
yep me too, huckin 300 footers with crazy spins and throwin doubles in the park and then i wake up and bam! summer and no mountains in sight
 
occasionally i have a really good dream that i can remember most of when i wake up and sometimes its skiing, i seem to get better dreams when I smoke a nice lil bleezy just before i get in bed. and yes in my dreams i have done the most ridiculous shit. like getting towed in by a snowmobile into a 1,000ft jump lol
 
last night I had a dream where I was stranded on an island and was wandering around and found a golf course. I got captured and sent to jail where I built a bat mobile and escaped. they captured me and sent me back but instead had me make weapons for them.
 
definitely, theres like three different mountains that are like constants in my dreams it pretty cool. Does anyone else fall/jump off chairlifts a lot?
 
i do that pretty frequently. one time i was dreaming that i was doing a double cork and then woke up just before the landing. Now ill never know if the dream version of me landed it or not
 
I had a dream i threw a bottle at a very fat man and then got chased by him while I ran away as wolverine, and when i finally got cornered i did a breast stroke upwards to get over the fence. Yes i am a little fucked up the in the head....
 
ALL THE TIME

and when I ski too close to the edge of green cattracks, something near me expldoes and i launch off the edge falling into the darkness

me too! it's two mountains, same lodge and there's waterslides outside of it? haha and the chairlifts go through the lodges/people's cabins. i dunno how that happens it just goes through these huge windows. and i see the same guy (that i've skiied with a few times) in one of the rooms every time and he's always waxing his snowboard. but after i see him i know that something is going to happen where i'm going to have to jump off the lift and i always jump off into the same trail. lol this happens like right before season a few times and right after season ends.
 
I had a lot of such dreams... Usually I have a huge progress- 9s are so easy for me, and everything seems to be like in slow motion x)

an then I wake up :(
 
i get that all the time... but the worst is when you are like falling in a dream (whether its skiing or not) and you wake up and still feel like your falling... so scary
 
ahh yeah I dreamed once that I did a cork 5 and it felt super real, so I was pumped to try it in real life, then I choked... lol
 
duuude its almost the new season here in Chile and i dream about skiing like 2-3 times a week, last night i had the skillz of tod wallnuts and threw 9s and 10s everywhere and did sw ups sooo easy... but then i had to wake up to school...
 
Sickest skiing dream I ever had I was throwing the sickest nose butter three's of rollers. It felt so real and then I woke up and i was disapointed.
 
every week i have at least one dream where i am getting ready to ski and i usually take forever getting all my stuff together but its always perfect conditions and ridiculous terrain
then something devastating happens like attack of the machines or an earth quake or kidnapping or unexpected pregnancy that stops me from skiing. i have never actually skied in a dream just try to all the time... its terrible and tormenting so much so that i dont even want to sleep anymore.
 
also once i had a dream, i was on a snow park covered in boxes and rails like almost no snow and no kickers just rails and boxes all over the place you couldnt even ski haha
 
once, i had a dream where everything was in suuuper slomo

i did a huuge cork seven nose off of what had appeared to be a joss jump...it was like meth or something
 
dude this happens to me all the time only its not just being at the resort i throw mad lines then i wake up and wish it was really winter
 
no but i hate sleeping now. for the past month or so i have dreams that i killed people and im running from the cops. and then i wake up and its not real. but the dreams stil suck
 
i used to have reocuring nightmares of where i forgot my boots or pass on an epic pow day and spent the whole dream looking for them.
 
sometimes when i fall asleep in class ill think im skiing and try to throw a rodeo 5.

usually i just fall out of my chair and the hot girl who sits next to me just laugh at me
 
i had this happen to me at the very beginning of a few seasons ago,

it was right as i was REALLY wanting to learn to do 360's and i kept having dreams of doing 14's on like 1000 foot jumps.
 
i live in whistler, this dream is a reality. skiing til end of july, YEEEE. well aside from right now, which is homo. injuries, and closure for a lil bit.
