Has any of u guys done or seen someone hot box a gondola

ive been in a gondola that was being hotboxed many a time, but typically i dont pay that close of attention to the gondolas in front of or behind me
 
I've done it more times than I can count but alls I can say is think about it. Last year me and some random dudes I rode up with got busted by a patroller going down the gondy the other way who radiod up to the top which led to our passes getting pulled for a month (at the beginning of May) which would have ended my season had I not managed to squirm my way out of it. Lucky for me I needed my pass to get to work at Beavertails and my boss's wife was the head of human resources at Intrawest so not only did I get my pass back but the head patroller who fucked me over had to call me and apologize. The apology was pretty funny as I was dead guilty but the ordeal was definitely not worth it. My advice is to limit blazing on the gondy to days where it's super shitty outside and blazing outside is damn near impossible. When the weathers alright there are plenty of heat free places to burn. That being said nothing beats a good gondy sesh, damnit this blows I never used to think twice I'm so conflicted.
 
yea iv both been in one and see it. Its kinda funny to see the smoke coming out of the windows, but that takes alot of smoking
 
Last year at mammoth we hotboxxed the gondola, and when we got to the half-way station, smoke poured out even though we opened the little vent deals to clear it out. The lifties just looked at us and shook their head.
 
Anybody remember when those kids got busted at Steamboat and the Colorado supreme court over rules saying the county sheriff could not be waiting at the top, it was unconstitutional I guess.
 
ripped 2 faaaaat cones on the way up the gondola in tremblant... it made me numb to the -50 degree weather that weekend, i got wicked frost bite.
 
my friend would also bring along his blow or DMT and we'd hit that shit up on the way up at keystone. Nothing beats railing a few lines early in the morning to get you going on the way up. If its the afternoon, we each take a few hits of DMT to get tripping to ski and watch the sunset. Of course, sometimes it would get me too fucked up, but still...good times.
 
yeah i did it when i was in big sky. it was hella cold out so we toked in the gondola, but personally i thought i sucked because i just couldn't ski at all.
 
whistler's makes for a good love machine if you and your special (or the one you met earlier) lady friend ride up as a solo pair and are in the mood.
 
i remember the silver mountain gondola at junior olympics three years ago that took like an hour. i was too young but just imagine
 
when i was in jackson over spring break last year, we were waiting in line for the gondola and my friend rememinded me we still had unifinished business. i agreed, and said we'd have to try and get a full gondola load, since it was only 4 of us (they hold up to 6). our turn comes, we get in, scoot over for the other people to come in...but no one did. it was just a funny coincidence.

but yeah, like that one dude said, whenever youre smoking pot, be careful, dont be a statistic.
 
i did it last year all the time exept during march break i got caught and it ended my ski season. Heres what happened. Me and a couple of buddies had hot boxed the gondola and were finishing up so we get to the top and everything is fine and dandy untill we get out. Aperantly my perents wanted to gimme some money for food and were waiting for me at the top. Well we are getting out and my perents spot us getting out of the gondola with smoke comming out to say the least it did not end well. Im prolly gonna limit the amount i do it this year cuz if they catch me again my season is done. i think im gonna stop smoking this year anyway need to save up the money. Anyway thats my Gondjola story
