haha well it was the first time that a triple cork had ever been landed on flat...as of now only two people have landed one, an australian and an american.
Cleary a cork in gymnastics is different than in everything else. Apparently they refer to one spin as a single, two as a double, three as a triple, etc.; which is completely retarded.
yeah well i guess that dude just learned a corked 1080.... and i KNOW skiers have never done that before. but i do have to give him credit because that's definitely the first time anyone has mistaken a corked 1080 as a triple cork.
i knoow.. been Russ! you and maybe 20-25 other is going together to make a bus into a party bus with sick speakers and drive around town to party.. and you meet up with other buses and party and celebrate end of school.. i have not slept in three days now.. pretty exhausted soo.. been doing this: http://www.dittlivsparty.no/ in two days and been rolling around in town..
it seems there is a distinctive difference between aerial and freeskiing language... however this is probably the closest thing in aerials I've seen that could be called a triple cork: http://techsmartly.net/freePS3.php It really seems we're headed that way, as much as I would rather see style
word. I despise when people call a cork 10 a triple cork. also when people talk about shaun white and his 'double corks' not understanding what it even is. They say double cork as if that is the trick itself, not realizing that you can dub cork anything from a 9 to a 16 in many different variations
as i read down through all this cork talk... i began to care less and less about the discussion at hand, and began to realize just how damn weird the word " cork " is.
