Hardest youve hit someone

mine would be in football.i play cornerback (defense who guards guys who catch the ball) and the receiver had just caught the ball across the middle and i was running full speed and hit him right in the numbers. he ruptured his spleen, broke 3 ribs, and was spitting up blood../claim
 
Well, I probably shouldn't tell you this buuuuut...
The other day I came home from work and your mother didn't have dinner ready. I really let that bitch have it.
The good news is steak tomorrow night.
 
Rugby: I've knocked people out, most memorable was knocking a guy out with my own forehead. I've broken peoples ribs, don't ever run straight up exposing your ribs. And I've broken a kids nose in a tackle, poor guy had to have two tampons up his nostrils to stop the bleeding.
 
Second time I had sex, she screamed for it hard and so I went to town. She laid in bed the rest of the afternoon cuz she was to sore to walk. No joke.

In sports, I dislocated a kids arm in basketball (he now plays d1) and then I had alot of huge tackles playing d end in football. Knocked of a a few helmets and set a qb to the hospital when the other d end. When high low hits are timed right, shit gets fucked up.
