In the morning my friend was driving me home and as soon as I opened my mouth to say "open the window so I can puke" I puked all over his dashboard, seat, and myself.

i actually haven't heard of 190 being illegal. my buddy has bought multiple bottles of the 190 from liquor stores, and they are legit stores and the 190 proof out on the shelves.
