ok, really good trailer, that song works well and the jumps are sick. Personally i think the rails are weak, especially when compared to the strike 3 trailer.

Anyways Dave, since you are working for PBP are you still gonna make a movie this summer of your own?

Blunt and Happy Dayz are going to be two very different movies. Obiously if the teaser doesn't get the point accross enough for you, Happy Dayz actualy has a bugdet, and Blunt does not.

I'm paying for Blunt, just like Scandalous, entirely out of my own pocket, I bus tables at night to pay all my bills and shit, so I can't exactly travel to the most exotic locations. For that reason, Blunt is a park video, mainly exclusive park footage from mammoth, and June, plus all the same crap that everyone else will have from the clusterfucks known as Parasaurus and superpark. Don't think the kids haven't steped it up to another level in the park alone.

Besides, to an extent, its not the footage you have, its what is done with it. Did I mention its gonna be cheap?

msp and tgr just don´t have any really good filming, it´s good shots but the lack originality and variation.

Hey Dave... a couple random questions.... so both you and Iberg are shooting for Decesare now? He's making two movies this year right, a regular one and a Line team video? I heard that Iberg was shooting the Line video... is all this true? And is Jonny scooping up all the young prodigies now?

little known fact: Iberg has been shooting for johnny for a long time now, at least two and a half years. He also edited a VERY large portion of propaganda. Some people still cant figure out that Iberg and Johnny's flicks this year are two separate deals all together, Happy Dayz is directed by Johnny and Stereotype is directed by Eric. the only thing that makes them similar is the poor boyz lable.

umm shooting sports like skiing in 35mm is like like throwing money away. really expensive cameras and really expensive film. they use 35mm in feature movies, they've also got 200 million dollar budgets.

Blunt will be digi once again, however the quality of the digi is WAY better. Last season I shot on an Elura2, now I use an XL1. 16mm is to damn expensive for my pocket book. For a 45 min film, it costs at least 40,000 bucks just for film, developing, and transfering. Then figure in travel, etc, and you are lookin a some spendy shit. No one shoots 35mm for skiing. Its even more expensive than 16mm and the cameras are HUGE. You know how much it costs to develop a 24 exposure roll of good 35mm still camera film right? Well, a motion picture camera shoots 24 frames every second. Do the math.

I guess Matchstick did the opening of ski movie 2 in 35mm, but it looks like ass. Seriously nowhere near the quality it should be. If you want to see good use of 35mm film in a sports video, check out 'Guilty' the new shorty's skate video. Its sick.

yea they shot that on 35mm? i noticed the quality of all the acting portions of guily....looked real tight.
