Happy birthday to Hubble

i dont want to kickoff any discussion, but it just amazes me how much stuff is going on in this universe, how inexplicably large it is and how unimportant we are.

hell yeah, the hubble takes the most mind lowing pictures i've ever seen! it'd be so dope to be an astronomer, the astronomy class i took in high school was sick
 
you wish your eyes were a Ritchey–Chrétien telescope in a near-circular low Earth orbit capable of seeing optical, ultraviolet, and near-infrared wavelengths?

because otherwise you are seeing all of it with your own eyes, just as everyone else does.
 
Yeah something along those lines I suppose. You never had space travel dreams as a kid? I mean, can you imagine just floating by that on your way to some other planet or something... Ok, my nerdyness is showing...
 
I am really sad that I am not gonna be alive in a time where we can travel to or understand some of the stuff thats out there.
