Hang Drag On?

Has a Hand Drag ever been done on to a rail or box (intentionally) in any way? I really don't know and don't feel like search-barring so answer would be cool minus possible hate train. Thanks NS
 
Definitely, I saw it done onto a pretty legit looking downrail/box in some vid, I forget though. Wasn't the best looking thing ever but it has potential
 
B dog did some layback style in one of the momentum edits i believe, and Andy parry does them where its is more a hand plant on that helps him get on the rail
 
Traveling circus kind of does these, they're not really proper hand drags, but you put your hand on the rail and kind of pull yourself up to grind. They do it in the first episode.

I love hand drag type tricks. You need a good setup to do a hand drag on though.

Imagine a flat-down rail (or just a downrail). come on with great speed and do a lazyboy 450 and land in the steep part of the rail. I believe that the axis will be correct.. wow, as i think more and more about it, it really wanna try it!
 
i think Casabon did one in a Momentum edit earlier this summer but it wasnt full-on hand-drag, more like sitting on the tails

and like rowen said, might or might not(more like did not, seeing as I was there) have been landed

Yes. Smooth laid back hand drag corked 4 on would be amazing. There's a shot in the momentum vid (ironically at 4:50) that looks like I guy does it, but when you look closer it looks like it's really a hand drag 5 and he lands on the opposite side of the rail from the camera. Still it kind of gives an idea of what it would look like.
 
i did it once, on accident. it was wierd. because i was trying to hand drag 5 next to the rail, but then my skis hit the rail and i slid for .5 seconds before falling
