Handrails

get enough speed you feel comfy with..... then just tuck like a mother once your in the air.... just try on flat to see how high you can get.... then take it to a rail.

i'm not great at rails, but if you want power for skiing do plyos. gives you so much more spring than weight training.

im pretty good at 1-2 stepping, but thats kind of an awkward one, pretty high up there. my leg strength is good im sure once im in the situation ill be able to just create. the tough thing is a bunch of snowboarders are the ppl who im gonna be hitting these hadnrails with and they kind of have an advantage when it come to getting high up onto the rail.

a little off topic, but for handrails, is it completly out of the question to even try them on fatter skis? not huge width but like 95? even if it is possible would it just look rediculous? don't go berserk on me im just wondering.
