Handrails/Urban in Vancouver

I know it doesn't snow that often in Vancouver, but for some reason i feel like this winter might be good! I want to film some urban this winter in van. Do you guys know any good rails or anything unique to jib in Vancouver and the surrounding areas? Ive done Delbrook and a few others, but im looking for more, so if you know of anything, please post!

How big of rail are you looking for? SFU is littered with nice rails, and the snow lasts longer there. Some nice DFD around 33rd and Nanaimo I think... (Cant remember the exact streets)? THere is a nice mellow down rail on to the the sand at Beach Ave. And the obvious massive bend rail at stanley park could be done with skills and a bungie. I know of a few others in Kits around 6th and Sasimat that look fairly mellow but fun.
 
Might be a little too fast and rough kinks, but it's in a super easy spot to hit. I've biked by it a bunch and always dream of hitting it. Only one i can think of at the moment, will post more when i remember....

there is a closeout on a roof that would end in a wall ride on industrial st near cliffhanger climbing gym
 
dammit i made a comprehensive list of Coquitlam urban but then accidentally closed the tab, I'll try to get pics of all of the Coquitlam locations I know of and post them within the next couple of weeks.
 
there is a very sketchy handrail at 11th and crown that has a flat down flat closeout to a super sketchy abrupt c rail i will try and post pictures later
 
well it would kind of be better if it was closed down, plus some of the rails seem to be away from the campus which is pretty low heat

what i could see from a quick google maps tour, though the hilly area with paths where I assume the rails would be was hidden from view:
