Handbrake Question

hey if anybody has handbrake, i need some help.

if you dont, its a program used on macs to get dvd's onto itunes

so i have put a bunch of movies on and its a sick program. i want to put seasons of tv shows on tho, but its wierd. for example, i want to put some episodes of the office on, but i dont know which things to rip because there are 6 episodes per disk. can anybody help me out?

i dont konw alot a bout handbrake and ive never ripped tv shows but usually you want to rip the largest files, tv shows will usually be around the same size. i dont know if that helps but all of the other files are like transitions etc from the dvd menus so they should be smaller files
