Hand Drawn Skiing Sequences Thread

i remeber when pics like that were in the ski mags all the time. the high north quarter was soo hott 5 years ago.
 
I dunno about a cult. Art is there for people to see, so having a special group that doesnt show their art to anyone just sounds... dumb.

Maybe if this keeps on going it'll be stickied or something, who knows.
 
I seriously have a trillion of these things on random pieces of paper. Something comes naturally about drawing a skier... drawing a regular ass person standing there is a challenge though. No goggles to cover up 90% of the face, haha.

^yours are really cool, it reminds me of this weird water art thing i saw (not watercolor) you get this little brush, and put water on it, and paint on the paper, and it stays for a little while

both of those are oil pastel, i know they're not sequences, but they're handrawn
 
shit thats sick for pastels. i hate them i always smuge shit. i have a bunch ive drawn lately (i was inspired by the creation of this thread) ill post em soon. its fun to come up with crazy features and having people claim the shit out of em.
 
when people say "yeah i sketched this like fuckin 3 minutes" and its sick nasty

is it acually true u can do that inn 3 minutes...some of these pics woul take me 3 years to draw

Dude, thats amazing for pastels, i find those things impossible to do anything with. Way to go, and yeah, nice hidden name there.
 
Some great new shit in here. I really want to pick out some of the ones I've done in class (they're better than the two above I posted^)

Fuckin exams keepin me tied up.
 
oh and about the whole 5 minute comment...

I can definitely turn out good shit in a short amount of time. Once you see in your head what you are GOING to draw... all you have to do is draw it.

At least that's how I feel.

In fact, heres attempt 1. And yeah, I did watch Mark Abma's part in Yearbook last night, so there might be some similarities.
