Hand drag 3 problems

I have been experimenting with hand drags lately, and when ever I try to hand drag 3 I always land so corked. I also see people carving into it, any help NS?

I am pretty sure the only way to do it, is to do like a cork 3 almost. I either only get 180 around, or am way to back/front seat.

When I try them, I start by getting low and dragging one hand, then at 180, I push off the lip with both hands to continue the rotation and straighten myself out. I still land a bit back seat, but I'm still learning as well and haven't tried it on a decent sized jump yet.

Carve a poop ton the pop off ur edge as ur throwing both ur hands down at the same time keep ur tips up so they don't hit then just keep looking over ur shoulder if ur goin fast enough u will come around. It is really hard for me to be 100% not back seat when landing but I cork it out pretty hard.

Try video taping yourself and then watch the video to see if ur missing and little things, thats what helped me with my misties

You're probably going too slow and don't have the time to bring the rotation fully around. They're way easier if you're carrying a bit of speed.

Here's how i think of it when i do it. I think of getting, low, carving in but not as much as it seems most people in this thread do, i pop a little before the knuckle, and once i feel like my feet leave the snow I act like im throwing my body backward (almost like a 180 to stomach drop on a trampoline) and reaching back to drag where my feet just left. From there i pretty much just think about putting my feet back under me. It did take me a while to get, but when you do it right your feet should sort of just naturally come back under you
