Hammy rehab

I drunkenly pulled my hamstring really good over the summer, took some time off and got back to work/normal life

I still don’t feel completely comfortable sprinting, everything else feels alright..

any advice on how to make sure my hammy doesn’t fall out this season?

I would try and talk with a PT to see what they say. Also to add on to the above comment, foam rollers are really good for stretching and one could probably target the hamstring area really well.

I stretch daily(using a foam roller) and worked landscaping over the summer. Never bugs me unless I sprint, which is when it feels odd. I bike almost daily (except today we got snow in denver) and don’t feel any issues there either.

Does it hurt with hairy legs cuz I got hairy legs

Usually it will last a good couple days but if you try to rip it off early it will hurt pretty bad. You won’t give urself a wax job tho just some red marks. It usually starts coming off after u take a shower unless u get the waterproof kind

What about strength exercises for hamstrings? Seated and lying leg curl?

Strengthening first. Eccentric loading. Look up nordic hamstring exercises. PM me if you have questions.
