Halo 3/reach

hah I know for a fact that I've hooked up with more girls than you have internet tough guy. i can be a good looking guy and top in the world for halo you know? bad looks and skill at video games usually are directly related yes, but not in my case. sorry

Sir you are out of line making outlandish statements like that... back in my "dark days" I was playing with ogre1 and ogre2.
Check your sources.

im pretty big into mlg...outta curiosity whats your "gamertag" and did you ever play pro status...cause ogres are as good as it gets

halo 1 and 2 were the best. reach is sorta cool with headshots being a bigger part but its still not like halo 1. just the idea of sniping people with a pistol from a quarter mile away is so cool to me

anyone who has enough time to be this cocky about a video game has no life. i dont care if your gene simmons. u get 0 ({.}).

I will respectfully disagree.

And you should've made this thread a year ago when I still gave a shit about halo.

It's funny because you have 0 karma. They shouldn't even tell you how to create threads until youve been a member for 2 weeks.

related questions:

How come everytime I see some guy dominate a game, like get more than 50% of his teams kills he ends up having "Mexico" for his location? And why the fuck do I have to play against losers with 5,000 games played when I have 150?

I have had a few gammer tags over the years but the one i was playing with them was... Sniped ur Dome and my partner was pwnd ur dome. The spelling was really weird and i cant remember it was right when the game came out.
I never played as a pro but we did get invited to a couple contest. and played in a bunch of local smaller things... The ogre's were super legit guys, very helpful and just down to earth. I have lost contact with them over the years.

i respectfully disagree with you disagreeing...ogre 2 has 4 national championships and 5 outa the passed 6 tournament wins...hes the GOAT and still in his prime

This is them... Ogre2 is the most winning player in halo 3 history.

They are know as support players, which is basically my style of play also.

essentially every halo team has 4 different roles that each player fits...generally the ogre twins and ogre 2 in particular were the support players for their team, meaning they will sit back and put shots on every member of the other team as opposed to intiating the charge. Each team also usually has a main slayer who will pick up the sniper and get the most kills. lastly there is the objective player who pushes in with the main slayer to get the flag/hill/oddball. This is also just in general not every team has roles per say. check out mlgpro.com an event just ended this weekend actually

Well, like any other team game, things can change... but typically each team wants to have two support players and two killers.
The support players job is to find out where the other team is and use call outs to let the killers know where they are and where they are spawning. When they are doing this they get as many shots on as they can. If they are doing their jobs well, the killers come in with a one shot or two shot kill as the support players run away and start the new call outs.
the reason you do this is because you are cycling players in and out. even if the other teams players sees the support player and gets a few shots in the killer comes and kills them before the other team has a chance to finish your teammate off.

Lol gaylo reach is for noobs cause ranking system is too easy and takes no skill. Battlefield 1943 ftw

So... let me get this right. you are roadblock? this sir makes me very very skeptical. but heres your up load.

And for grins and giggles lets point out that walshy uploaded this video and this is what he had to say..
"This is Roadblock's final Halo 3 montage, edited by Backfire. The gameplay is entirely MLG and showcases some of the sickest no scopes and reflexes I have ever seen. The editing is minimal at request of Roadblock himself in order to display the gameplay in its maximum glory, a very smart decision in my opinion. Even though the editing is minimal, I still really liked it. It showcases a simple intro that matches the feel of the song very nicely, a well defined flow, and lots of clean, natural syncing (syncing done with the mere placement of clips). As for the song, I didn't really like it at first because I'm not a fan of rap in general, but it quickly grew on me and Rihanna is quite good in it. Overall, this is one of the better 100% MLG montages out there and should do quite well in the Movie Competition. Enjoy!"
If in fact you are road block, i will retract my previous statement and tell you that you are in fact the best player on NS. But the like likely hood of this being real, is about as realistic as saying Hood wont get snow this year.

Very true, but theres no doubt in my mind that someone like Naded or Roy could beat him 1v1. Shit, even back in H2 I bet Walshy would beat him 1v1.

But yes, team-wise Ogre2 has been the most successful.
