Halo 2 question

so i'm looking to pick up the halo 2 for end of season sales but unsure on the size as i've never had a rockered park ski before, i'm 5'9 and mostly do rails rather than jumps 70-30, i usually ride on ski length 172 so should i go for the 170 or 176?

Go 176 if you are looking to also ride it out of the park. It's a bit of a heavy ski I found so really for rails a 170 would be better but with them being soft and rockered that size will prob be a bit unstable for you so overall prob go 176. Have you demoed them though? They are not really the most fun rockered park ski in my opinion.

thanks for the advice, no i havent demoed them yet but open to other options too i was looking for a ski that was'nt too heavy so if you know of any others?

Well what type of ski are you after? Are you looking for a ski with some all mnt capabilitys or a pure park ski? Do you like softer skis or stiffer? Do you tend to ride jumps an bigger features or smaller jibby stuff and where do you tend to ride the most?

purely park ski, looking for a soft rocker ski, i saw the halo 2s are 94 underfoot at 176 too whats that like for riding rails? mainly a rail skier and jobs, probably only hitting medium sized jumps

We'll if it's mainly rails and med jumps I would stay narrower. As soon as you go wide the skis will get heavier an the swing weight will increase. I would look at the infamous. That was May fav park ski last season. So light and easy to throw around, they are symetrical too so they carve switch really well. They are soft and buttery in the tips and tails but mid underfoot so still carve ok. Last seasons had some durability issues but those have been resolved now. Those would be my suggestion. Filthys would be worth a look too but they will be quite a bit heavier but still a fun ski.

thanks for your help man! i did look at the infamous and heard there were durability issues, so the 14/15 model will be the improved model?

Yeah man. Last seasons was a weird one. The ski was made the season before then before release the tip and tail issue arose. The rivets we're added to help but there were still problems. This seasons have been reworked and should be all good. Hopefully they hold up well as they are a really sick ski and cheap too so the perfect combo.

Yeah, Tom is on point. You would want a symmetrical skinner ski with rocker-camber-rocker layup for all park 70-30 rails-jumps. Infamous and Filthys both being perfect choices. The FR's are insanely durable, and I have heard good things about next years Infamouses durability wise from tom and onenerdy so they would also be a great pick. Also take a gamer at next year's faction candide 1.0's. Faction revamped the core and thickened the edges, making them bombproof, and then gave it a symmetrical shape and a softer flex. but all three would be good choices.

if youre looking for a light durable rockered park ski thats a bit wide look at the 2015 icelantic da nollie 95 underfood soft stable playful with good swing weight a lot different from the 2014 da nollie

Halo 2 is a lot better than Halo 4. Better plot but the multiplayer isn't as good. both are WAY better than COD however.

now you're just lying and giving misinformed statements. Everyone knows H2 multiplayer was the G.O.A.T
