Well lots of people were out last night for urban rails, me and some friends did the black rail right by Cheyenne Arapahoe over by the road, not the thick one tucked back. Good time, speed was an issue but i worked it out. 2 Cop cars rolled by and didn't even say anything, and a security uy told us it was queit hours but didn't make us leave
