Snowboarder balls: OO

Skier balles: ..

Minus a couple of the Stept guys who are approximately: oo

man snowboarding urban is just soooo much sicker. IMO. they are way more creative and send way bigger and can do WAYYY more tech stuff. its not just whether you can switch-up a few times down a decently cool rail.

an unfortunate side effect of the positioning on our skis. snowboarding has more opportunities to be creative IMO... still more exploring to be done in the press category on skis.

Some of those pat moore shots were bigger than anything ive ever seen on skis.

Im getting a cunthair annoyed with them not wearing helmets on that rediculous terrain tho. sets such a bad example and really dumbs down the severity of head injuries. inexperienced kids see this shit, and think "if they can do that without a helmet, i can at least ride park features without one." Not to mention if they were to somehow fall out of superhero mode and get bucked on one of those burly closeouts, my eight ball is saying outlook not promising.

awwww snowboarding is just "garggle garggle" soooooo sick and takes it way back the "garrggggle gargggle" roots. Shit is just sooo stylie "slurp slurp" even if a video had nothing but a legit press I would still "gurrgle" rather snowboard even though i "choke" ski. At least I know that snowboarding is way sicker "Hmmmmmmm, slurrrrrrrrrp" than skiing and tell everyone on a ski site. "swallow"

You sir have a way with words; I laughed.

Totally agree with your sentiment though. Especially for footage being proliferated by the X-Games (rather than just some hoodrat technine edit), you would think they would prefer riders to be filmed with helmets to set an example. I'd imagine that at least one order of magnitude more teenagers watch the X-games than most other forms of ski/snowboard media, so it would be a good way to hit a large audience with a positive pro-helmet vibe.

actually had a very similar conversation getting pig roasted by kelly clarke and shaun white a few years back. Shawn was like, "this is my first double!" and I was like, "No way! This is my first halfpipe!" We all roared in laughter.
