So I swear on my life this is not a troll. Over the past couple of months I have notice my hair slowly but surly fading away. I am not in to bad of shape rn but its not looking good for me. So I am asking in desperation if any of you guys are in the same hole or have tips so I can just be young again.

You have Tom Wallisch syndrome. You are about to become super sick at skiing, hair loss is just a side affect

Happened to me. I started saving my pubes and chest hair and paid a wig maker in hollywood to throw me down a proper flow. Once in a while in high winds it's a little noticeable but for the most part it looks real as fuck.

if you have longer hair its actually natural and not a problem, if you have shorter hair check out rogaine i think, if you start using hair loss meds now it will be fine, if you wait tho they won't work

Go see your doctor and get a prescription for finasteride (propecia). I started losing some of my hair last year. I was 19 and I have really long hair so I was pretty worried. Started taking propecia, which halted the hair loss immediately. I feel you man, but it's not that big of a deal.

Doesn't this shit fuck your hormones up though?

Pretty sure wallischmans syndrome is a rare bone disease that primarily effects the feet and ankles.

Yeah dude, I feel yah, 21 and starting to loose it. I'm probably just gonna grow it out really long this summer and then go to either a short buzz or an all the way bald head if it gets much worse, better to own it and go all the way than to look like an old man with a bald spot IMO.

Either doctor up or shave it off.

One of my old roommates was "Larry David bald" by 20. Nobody really knew though because he just shaved his head.

One of my friends has a receding hair line but just has longish flow that covers it up. You cant tell. My dad is like pretty bald but he shaves his head so you also cant tell.

Ib4 op becomes the next god of freeskiing. I mean look at the evidence, Tom Walisch has a receding hair line. From that we can extrapolate that there must be a correlation to the amount of hair recession and skill level, call it lack of hair to skill ratio(LoHtS). Going off of that it becomes obvious that OP will become the next king of freeskiing.

Both of my Grandpas are in there late 70's and neither of them have bald spots. It's possible that I won't have major hair loss until i'm dead.

I went to school with a guy that started losing his hair when he was 14.

It kinda sucks, but just go with it shave your head. You can be in denial for only so long. Besides, girls like a nice shaved head.

Send your portfolio to monster. Then you can get a hat just like tom!

I would shave it off and grow a beard when you can. If not you really want to save your hair I'd go see a specialist if you can.

Unfortunately this is not possible to control. My brother also had alopecia recently. At first, he did not pay attention to the fact that small strands of hair fell out and then when the mast lesions intensified, he began treatment but it was already too late. As a result, after three weeks he became completely bald and had problems with nerves, because he loved his hair very much. After a long search for a solution, he stumbled on a site about hair transplant and began to seriously think about transplantation. He has not made a decision yet, but I want to dissuade him because it is a very risky operation. What would you advise him?

OP, it could be Alopecia. Look it up on google and see if this is what it looks like. I would goto a

doctor and ask about it if it seems similar. My wife has small stints with it and she freaks out about it but she's got long hair and it usually covers it up. It could be related to stress.
