it's kinda irresponsible considering the result was a "melee." Even if it wasn't his intent to throw money into the crowd to start people fighting over it, it's not hard to predict the concequences of something like that.

you shrug off the results because some 17 year old girl got hit in the head and you think you can say no big deal, the girl shouldn't be such a pussy... say someone got trampled to death by the crowd, you're still going to say AH thats just being BAlla !!
