yeah seriously...everyone's been hit by little kids while skiing before. just be aware of your surroundings. and there's no need to sue like an asshole.
 
instead of suing an 8 year old kid the old due should've have taken care of the problem right there. by beating the kid with his ski.
 
I cannot believe this guy. The kid is 48 lbs, obviously not enough to constitute violent crash instances. The max that kid could have been going is 10mph. Sounds like some old dick wanting to teach a little kid a lesson. He obviously hasn't learned much in his 60 years of life.

there are so many senseless people in the world it's startling. the kid said he was sorry and the guy grabs the kid's legs and starts cursing him out? man i don't care what happened to you, it doesn't sound like it was much of a crash, he's just a tiny kid, and you assume the risk of some kind of injury going out on the slopes.
 
Thats ucked up, hes fucking 7. I can almsot bet thats why he went to the mountain that day, to find someone to sue..., kid should say he grabbed his balls or something.
 
That's probably true too, he probably spent a bit too much on viagra pills and decided he needed a bit o extra cash. What da dumb fuck, it seems like he is more of a 7 year old then the actual kid.
 
yeah for real if his tendon was torn how could he be able to grab his legs and curse him out.
