Had the chance to shoot Skrillex and Deadmau5 yesterday ( t2-i +5d2 )

I fucking hate when people film concerts and then use songs that were not of the artist playing.

Like when i see a shot of an artist mixing, i want to hear the mix that he/she is mixing.

 
I see what you are saying, but it would be pretty much impossible to get enough shots during that one song that you could make an entire video to said song...
 
:) actualy most of the shots was shot when skrillex played promises and deadmau5 when playing some chore remixed... anyways... didnt bring my rode mic...so if you wanna hear how was it sound at the end of the video i put a clip no edit with the real sound...

No i understand that completely. I've been to concerts that have been made into movies with 20+ cameras at all different angles.

I don't know. I just hate when i hear the song, then i see the dj not mixing that song
 
I don't know if its just me, but did anyone else hate that remix of some chords.... I much rather would have heard the original (which is amazing). Other then that, great video, wasn't feeling the song choices but the filming was on point.
 
Some nice looking girl. Btw , the edit was nice, but like everyone said, it would have been better whit the original music. Thank you too filmed it, i had to ticket, but i sold them too my friend because i was working.
 
Pretty good, but overall i felt the skrillex part was better than the deadmau5 part, and the transition was iffy too. And watch your focus even though I know it's hard in the dark. Other than that really good
 
agreed, both songs were just bad (skrillex is fucking terrible and destroyed a great nero track, and that mau5 remix was just strange), but the filming/editing was solid
 
that was really good. i'm surprised they let you go backstage as much as you were.. or at least it seemed like you were..
 
hey thank you guys for constructive comments! ... after the show i went home and started the edit... i had to put the video 12 hrs after the show that was my contract... and i spend like 3 hrs to find the perfect sound... im not 100% satisf with my choice but anyway... And yes Skrillex was Totaly Insane and Deadmau5 was not that good...

You are just the newschoolers EDM music authority aren't you? Can you give a single tangible reason as to why skrillex is bad? I don't think you can.

lil' hipster over here is WAY TOO COOL to shoot video at a concert. This kid raves like no one else, 'cause he's feeling the music on a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. Trust me, it's a music thing. You guys wouldn't understand.

Filming and editing looked great. I wish they brought skrillex when deadmau5 played in ottawa.
