i know there's already a thread about which bands are fucked up, but does anyone have any info on who these bastards are and any other info, itd just be interesting cuz those screwy files are gettin annoying... did the bands and artists hire this jackass?

dude, they really dont have to hire anyone. you could easily write a program to go through and fuck up the songs. use bearshare, its a lot better than kazaa.

 
its the people at the record companies that do it and put a SHITLOAD of these fake songs on shared Kazaa servers, making it close to impossible to find the real songs. I am almost positive that it is the labels because notice how it is all bands that are on major ones now, i.e. Thrice, AFI, Thursday, Boysetsfire
