GUYS we need to buy this

k, i want a mountian just as much as ever one else but there are several points to consider

1. if we let people who donate ski for free how would be pay for the power, insurance, emploies exc

2.much like point one, if only ms members are allowed and all ns members contribute and therefor ski for free, there would be no money to run the place

3. many of you say no snowboarders, why, there are more of them than there is of us, many of them aree quite chill, we would need there contribution to run the place

just a few things to consider because lets all face it we want it, but its unlikly it will happen, if it does go into action thou you can count me in

dude first of all we need business therefore everyone is welcome we should even turn a gay little run into a tubing hill or something we need to make as much money as possible the first 10 years if it opens
 
We could just majorly lowball it. You never get what your asking in real estate. We could come in at 2 mill. :)
 
i think we could by it but we wouldnt be able to maintain it for like grooming and gas for lifts and such and not many people would go to it
 
there is no way that 84,000 would do that, there are probably only about 20,000-30,000 that come on this once a week or more, so they're the only ones who ewould know of this. That means that it'd be more like this:

3,900,000/25,000=156

I wouldn't be willing to pay 156 dollars to buy a resort 1000 miles away that i would never ski at, so i'd say this is basically impossible unless you can get some big companies to pay the majority of the costs, especially considering that it probably costs an additional million or more a year to run a ski resort... Good Luck tho
 
I would be seriously down....lets do it! even though we live far, our 50$ would be refund in like...15 years, when the mountain is prosper!I SHOTGUN a trail building job for biking.

It's a freakin web site we're all on here. It's not as if someone gets a million in a month or two. It takes several years, unless you win the lottery.

I would definetely contribute (as I said before) if this was realistic.
 
and we could have a bunch of shareholders from ns like make a stock or somehintg, and we could have shareholers...it would be nasty...This would kick the shit outta anything another forum has eeerd one
 
seriously...if we get 800 serious people to drop 5G's we are in....It could seriously happen...im sure you would make you money back....and more
 
I will give up $30 bills for this, I don't even care if I get anything or not. It would be sick if we could get this thing going into somthing serious. We should make like a video with the best NS skiers and get some snowboarders in there. We could get some money from that.
 
seenow thats what im talking about, instad of this $50 bullshit, make only a few people get serious.

a 5 or 10k investment isnt much in the scheme of things
 
Well even though I live in New Brunswick, witch is completely on the other side of the country, I would still pay 500$ like that guy said to own a share of the hill and get to ski it anytime. I still think its possible.
 
i like that idea get like Sebestian_P and other crazy good kids to be in a full length and sell it or something

we need fund raising not just giving money and we need to sread the word outsided of NS if we can get on the news or national radio our cause would be supported by soooooo many people
 
okay 4get about the 50 dollar thing cuz there isnt as many people as accounts.. besides some of these people dont live anywhere close and are dirt poor... we just gotta get a few hundre to give a few thousand
 
i would definitely give a few hundred bucks, i think taht would be the coolest thing ever. the internet is a very powerful thing, we just need somebody to really take action and represent us, but how would we maintain it
 
im in, this should defintaly be sticky. someone who has worked for a hill or knows what there talking about make a list of exactaly what well need to do this and well so whats up from there...id be so down for come up there to work like someone said there are some many people here who whould love a job there and we could use our NS names =)
 
Wow this is one of the stupidest ideas I have ever heard. What are you guys like 16? Just give up now before you make yourselfs look like fools. Try for some realistic goals like making the honor roll or getting laid.
 
No I think I will buy it myself, and then I will start going around to other Mountains and giving People that are good riders and plain good people free season passes. My mountain is going to have the dopest vibe ever.
