i feel that guns are not a nessecity because we live in america, we do not need to protect ourselvs like people in russia,china,south america do. they can be used as an activity but they aint that much fun. i have been to a firing range before, it was ridiculous. its a right but it was made when people had to worry about indians scalping them. as you now scratch i am going into the marines, so its not that i hate guns i just think its crazy that the average joe can buy gun.
 
I totally agree guns are too easy to buy. I also agree A LOT of people shouldn't be near a gun. I do suupourt the right though. I am one who doesn't like to change the constitution to limit any of our freedoms. That is what makes this country the "land of the free". I do believe there should be some sort of training involved too. I do also suppourt the fact that people collect guns.
 
Firstly people make mistakes, it happens.

Secondly There are a lot of situation that guns can be used for protection

Thirdly They are something we enjoy in life theres no reason to stop using them really its a past time.

Fourth" this goes with 3. You say pasttime??!!are you stupid?? and I say yeah pasttime. Liberals think that we should be able to smoke, right there. There goes 400,000 people a year. Tobacco kills an exponential amount of people in comparison with guns.

Or while I am at it. Alchohol. I shouldn't be able to launch a projectile at a target, but I can buy alchohol, which often makes me into a 3000 pound projectile that kills tons of innocent women and kids??

Guns are the least or our worries.

clearly you've never shot one or if you did you didnt enjoy it. some people like it and should have that right. who are you to tell them they shouldn't?
 
I live in MT, so there are tons of NRA freaks, which I don't agree with. But guns aren't pointless. I just ate dinner made with elk meat my brother shot.

I think part of the problem is, sure people use them for a so many different things- 90% of those things involve shooting other people.
 
that is so fvkcing impossible in europe, i cant even imagine that something happens over here...

our ministers just fvck up the citizens and get money from different entreprises (which isnt legal in some cases) and have a nice life...

alright, sure thing have your way. I think hand guns should be outlawed.

I totally respect our constitutional right to possess a firearm. I am a hunter, and I enjoy hunting (mostly turkey, geese, and duck). I own 2 shotguns (12 and 20 gauge) and a .35 Marlin (for the few times a year we deer hunt. So clearly I am not against firearms in general. BUT handguns are a major problem. If you look at the vast majority of murders, shootings, and armed robberies, they are done with a handgun. Hand guns are far too easy to be consealed and far too excessable to people who don't need them. Only law enforcement should have the right to carry and use them.

I can assure you, that there will be a decline in armed crimes if hand guns are outlawed and taken off the street. Good luck carrying a rifle into a convenience store and robbing them, no that won't look suspicious at all when you get out of the car.

"But i need my hand gun to defend my family from intruders." Thats a great line. Most burgleries are unarmed anyway, and while the residents aren't even home. And you can have your rifle and shotgun. That will protect your family just fine.

I know some of you guys think guns are "cool" and "sweet", but when people are too stupid to use a very powerful thing correctly, then the government must correct theses aspects of society.
 
I'm not sure but I think he is saying the humans make mistakes, so that means that its weird this happens alot and Cheney probably did it on purpose. Making this guy not too bright. But I might be the unbright on this time.....
 
My cousin's friend can be a high ranking government official. He knocked up his girlfriend, does crack, totalled his car, got his teeth knocked out in a bar fight last month, and bitched out his parents and got dissowned. He's the most "human" of all...
 
no he's trying to justify mistakes. Humans make mistakes so it's ok right? My cousin's friend knocked up his girlfriend, thats ok he's human right? humans make mistakes, so we can just let it go.
