Guns.

I'd take the hi-power over both of them if given the choice. 1911 has way to small of a magazine capacity. I'd always take that over caliber when it comes to handguns.

That's pretty sick. We only had M9s and unless you were a gunner, you never used one anyway.

Been having a lot of fun shooting my 10/22 lately. got a decent amount of ammo which was a pain in the ass to get. And when shooting at my friends house and shooting standing up was becoming annoying cause i wouldnt hit at 100 yards sometimes, so yesterday i built a little DIY rifle rest

7 bucks for the camera tripod, piece of wood with a hex nut on the bottom of the wood that screws into the screw on the tripod, and then an old sock filled with rice for the cusion. All in all, very stoked with how it came out, and will be testing it today.

Also looking at an H&R pump shotgun. 200 bucks at cabelas right now

accurate at hitting a what at 1000 yards?

considering the drop is going to be 40-50 feet and a wind drift somewhere around 10ish feet with a light crosswind, I would have a hard time believe anybody other than well trained marksman would get good accuracy at that distance with a Mauser.

Denmark has very strict gun laws. We only allow private firearm possession for the purposes of hunting and sport shooting. People with hunting licenses and members of rifle clubs, with a valid weapon permit may possess certain models of shotguns and rifles. If you want a hunting license, you have to pass several tests proving your knowledge about guns, ammunition, game characteristics and habits. Target shooting is considered the only valid reason for owning a pistol. Pistol licenses are only given to people after a two year active membership with a shooting club.

All gun licenses have to be specially authorized by the Minister of Justice. License holders are allowed to own multiple firearms, but have to get a separate permit for each weapon. The permits are only issued if the applicant can show a valid reason for owning the particular weapon. Guns and ammunition have to be stored separately in special gunrooms with double locks.

Furthermore it is illegal to carry a weapon in a public place, unless it is for a specific purpose (hunting, fishing, sports etc.) If you are transporting a gun from one place to another (for example from your home to the forest), you must carry all your licenses and a personal ID as well and prove that you are either on the way to a specific activity where you will be using your gun or on the way back from a specific activity where you have used your gun.

TLDR: It's a lot of work to get a gun in Denmark and there is a lot of bureaucracy regarding guns in Denmark..

One more reason I love America.
