Yeah i was out shooting my BB gun today and was noticing some difficulties. My aim sucks! Its not accurate at all. The only way i hit where i want to is if i take the time to line it up and that takes me like 15 seconds...yeah. So does anyone know a way to shoot accurately without taking so long? Thanks. By the way i use two hands to shoot.

you should just invest in some C4 explosives. its waaaaaaaaaay easier to kill people that way.

could be that the sight on your gun is out. BB Guns usually dont have professionaly calibrated sights on them haha

get one of those cheap scopes. they are probably a little more accurate then those flip up sites bb guns have.

bb guns suck I just shoot my 22 out in my backyard...birds, cats, little kids....yeah if your serious you can get some good scopes for bb/pellet guns...or just get a good bb/pellet gun I got a bolt-action powerline 880 I can take down gophers with that mother...or just go to a shooting range...but I usually just shoot my handguns there

22cal. are basically the same thing as a high powered bb gun but 10x accurate. BB's get blown by wind alot more than real bullets do.

and 22s are like 10x bigger and 1,000 times more dangerous, but other than that...guns are a serious thing I was joking but that comment was dumb...I doubt being shot with a bb and a 22 would feel the same

bb guns are inaccurate because of the lack of precision in the weapons construction as well as the bb.

try sighting your target, take a breath and exhale slowly, once you've finished exhaling but before you inhale squeeze the trigger smoothly. should help a bit.

just remember bb guns are weapons and you need to be very careful. take a range safety course or fire arms safety course.

.22 is a lealthle cartrige u dumb fucks, lrs a quite able to penitrate your skull at meduim ranges, shorts are obviosly quite underpowerd but at close range thell do the job.

 
who ever said .22's are like pellet guns is a fucking tard, bb guns/pellet guns shoot at about 500 fps and that is as fast as the nicest pelet hunting rifles get, a .22 rimfire (.22 short round) has a muzzle velocity of about 1200-1500 fps for an average .22 a .22 magnum or .22 long is about 2000-2500 fps, NOTE: a metal object will go through your skull at 1400 fps and NOT at 500 thats why you need a firearm licence to own a .22.

Some things to consider before buying scopes.

Bring up the weapon and close your eyes, breath and then open again. If your not still aiming at the target, move your body so that it is. This will be your natural body position.

Then take 3 deep breaths. This will relax you and slow your heart. When you've exhaled, squeeze the trigger and and hold it. Also shoot with the tip of your finger.

sorry you dont need a firearm lisence to own a .22 I've had a .22 since I was 16. Yes I know the differences between a .22 and a pellet gun thanks alot though. I was talking about accuracy not shooting each other in the head. If you shoot anyone or anything you did not intend to shoot your either a fucking moron or your not careful enough and don't need to own a pellet gun a .22 or a .50 cal.

hunting gophers with a mini 14 is fun...and as far as licensing goes, it varies state to state...in montana you don't have to license any firearms...but you do need a permit for automatic rifles and concealed firearms, it is perfectly legal to carry a 357 six shooter in holster and walk around if you are over 18...however you can't purchase a handgun until you are 21...but assault rifles are completely legal here and are illegal in others...like I mentioned I own a mini 14...that'll put a hole in most anything

I want a .50 R.A.P sniper rifle when i get an extra 4,800 to spend. I was talking to the guy in the gun store that they were selling it he said he shot it accuractly at nearly a mile and a half. (2000 yards)

ar15 is that one of the newer black models that resembles an m-16? my mini14 is basically the ruger version of an ar15 with a 40 round banana-clip and it's an older wood model with a scope...its fun to shoot

the mini-14 is a m-14 clone, the m-14 is the service rifle that replaced the m1 garand after world war 2, however it was taken out of action during the vietnam conflict and replaced by the m-16.

the m-14 was actually more acurate and used a more cartrige powerfull then the m-16 at the time, but it was replaced by the m16 becuas it was lighter (due to plastics being incorperated) and it had full auto capabilitys (some m14s had selective fire but most did not)

the ar-15 is the first carbine version of the m-16, it may have been sold as a civilian model in semi only (like the m-16)

to this day i dont understand the major difference or the reason why there are 2 m16 carbines, the m4 and the ar-15.

 
yeh i went through my obsessed with guns period a year ago, left me with itimate knowlage of firearmes, my unlce owning over 150 firearms for me to play with helped too.

what you really need to do is to throw away the bb gun, go out and get a real gun, if your not old enough take your parents with you. you can pick up and type you want, i prefer the 9 mm, but you can buy cheap 22 handguns, and the bullets are a lot cheaper. then go to a shooting range, and practice. it is a lot of fun, and really empowering.
