snonasty, most of my friends and family are hunters, and we all save the meat. If fact, I don't know one single hunter that hunts just for sport. We guestimate that between my dad, my brother, my sister and me all hunting, we save about $1500 a year in meat. That's like 3 season passes!
skisundownjib your facts are wrong. That statistic counts citizens from 0 to 18 years old as children. They are counting gang-bangers in the city as children. The 16-18yr old age range is on of the highest crime rate catagories---so no shit they are dying from gun shots. But don't be fooled, it's not 4 year olds that are getting shot, it's drug dealers in the city. And here is your useless fact for the day, Children are far more likely to die in a fire that they themselves started than to be shot. Oh, and they are also like 10X times more likely to dround in their own pool than get shot too.
