Gums be bleedin.....

So recently I have been brushing my teeth and seeing some blood in my spit. I brush very regularly (usually twice a day). I got my braces off after about six years last year. I had gum surgery several years back and wonder if that has anything to do with it. Does anyone have any special toothbrushes that are cheep (none of those vibrating sex toys with brushes)

stop smoking meth. get an electric brush and brush more thoroughly. talk to your dentist if they keep bleeding

Mine bleed occasionally when I get done flossing but that's pretty normal. After flossing and mouthwashing regularly for about 2 years, my gums have gotten much healthier and are much tougher than before. Plus flossing feels so damn good when you can breathe in and feel the air rush through all the gaps between your teeth. Brushing will never give you that feeling!

holy shit!

and as already stated.....floss & wash. your gums are inflamed due to plaque buildup beneath your gums and this causes them to bleed.
