they should make a radio station where its just drum beats and bass in the background so you can jam with it, and for bass players; guitar and drums in the background! that would be soo tight!
 
If only...

But just find some friends to jam with, its not that hard finding someone who plays a decent drum or bass. Finding a singer is the bitch part.
 
i jammed today on a guitar made out of ply wood and old clock parts, ive never played guitar before and people said if i recorded an album with the trashclocktar they would buy it haha. one weird kid said it was "groovin"

i have a bunch of drum beats on my effects pedal for my bass, but some added guitar riffs would be nice. haha
 
check out the computer program "Band in a Box". It's soo sick for backing tracks. Drums, Bass, Piano, whatever you want; you tell it what chord progression you want and in what "style", like reggae, classic rock, jazz, or whatever, and it plays it.
 
when i have noone to jam with and i really want more sound their, sometimes i just make a couple mesures in fruitloops and make it repeat. then i just jam out to that. i do it for for my drums and i do it with guitar.
 
you can download fruitloops for free on their website, the only downside is you cant save your work to work on a diffrent day. you can export it though
