Beased on the size and the threaded holes on the inside and outside, I’m going to have to guess that it’s an insert that you can use to switch bindings without a remount. The disc would be good to prevent a tear out or chipping.

If it’s not that, then I have no idea.

yeahhhh nice!

that binding was an AWESOME idea but they must've rushed the execution (pretty sure they got rid of almost their entire pro team soon after that too, yikes). they were heavy which is fine but i personally saw 2 pairs blow up on small-medium jumps, and heard countless similar horror stories

I think it was The Powell Movement Podcast with Jason Levinthal where they really went into these bindings, which made me create this thread TBH. I remember these bad boys coming out and toying around with them, but I never knew about their heel release focus and how they pretty much tanked Line financially.

Yeah, that was right on, but specificity killed the cat! I'm hoping someone else comes in here with something else to keep this going. I'm going to dig around for something else and probably another thing to give away.
