i go to guelph man. there's a bunch of sweet spots im always down for. i got a few boarders buddies we go out alot during the season
 
people always hit the rail on the far side of campus, pretty sure its the lampton residense, with the super long flat. During the season, the whole GSC goes there sometimes to shred it and on the hill beside it
 
Whos the GSC and all rhose rails look fickin so fun, if we get a winch in there.. Thatd be unreal, you think youll get kicked out how fast?
 
GSC is the Guelph Snow Collective, the board club...... and you dont need a winch that that rail or for the hilll.... we has cops come one time, middle of the day, were just checking for liquor and left, didnt care at all
 
The GSC loll? Have you seen the movie called "green street hooligans" ? Its a movie bout soccer riots and soccer gangs one of em ia called the GSE. Thats gay as fuck i hear they dont like skiers also. Whatever though lets hit those rails this winter and show em whatagood! What program you in at guelph? And firstyear?
 
aha oh alright your tight with them. im not even in guelph but if i was id be first year. all my freinds go there, you meet any girls from "Bishop Allen"? loll totally random but its late and im smashed...

thats not true at all haha the president of the GSC is a skier, and i know a couple other people that have executive positions and ski and stuff. if you havent already joined, do it! i think this season is actually gonna be really sick
 
yeah man or come by the office in the UC, room 220. there will only be an exec member there at certain times though, the office hours are in a document attached to the fb group

its 7 bucks to join but there is a fuckton of shit that you get. we are planning on doing a 3 day trip to vermont one weekend in the winter so definitely sign up. and redbull is an official sponsor of the gsc this year so we are getting swagged the fuck out right now

yes okay sweet. you guys should join the club, december 1st we are going to Crashed Ice in niagara falls, redbull is getting us access to special "crash zones" which are exclusive and the only licensed areas along the course. theres also gonna be time to go to the casino or whatever in between qualifiers and finals (i think). all the other info is in this group. its gonna be sick

also, we have rough plans for a brewery tour with sleeman and a jib session / kegger thing in the works, maybe in the new year. message me if you have any questions. if nothing else, the GSC is just a sick group of like-minded individuals who like partying and drinking and snow

oh the crashed ice trip is 19+ by the way. forgot to mention that but since we get access to licensed areas, you have to be of age. jack if you dont come ill skullfuck you
 
When does the snow usually hit the ground here ?? Been looking at my ski's all the time in my room, gotta meet up for a sketchy pre season session
 
well this will only be my second winter in guelph , and last year we got pretty much no snow. the ground barely stayed white last year but it was a really shitty winter so fingers crossed for snow this year.

last year it snowed in mid-late november enough for whitechocolate and I to steal a pvc pipe from a construction site and jib it a bit at the soccer fields near east.

i guess, patience is a virtue, we can only wait lol but when it does snow, im down for a sketchy pvc leaned against a tree like last year hahah and im sure people will arrange jib sessions in parks around town and at houses and stuff. are you living on campus?
 
Yessir repping the dirty south. Joined the GSC and am in the Guelph urban as well, so definitely want to meet some fellow skiers.

haha holy shit you guys all go to Guelph? I am a first year in south as welllll!! Torn ACL for this winter, but if you ever need help setting up/filming lemme know and I am down as heck. Is it worth joining the snow club thing if I can't ski?
 
i dont really know... join the facebook group and just kinda watch it for upcoming things as they get figured out and then if you see something that you want to / can do with your leg, get on it
 
haha next time I'm home I will bring my pvc .. it's really, really shitty but it could be fun to set up in the snow by the rink
