Going to Guelph University this fall and i was wondering

if there are any ski shops up there where i can possibly buy skis or outerwear

and if need be get any tuneups or anything....

anyone??
 
Bits, Bikes and Boards on Gordon. It's not a ski shop, but they'll tune your skis. Nice outerwear and such too.
 
yeah man im here, first year, im in addington

been in south a few times, mainly mountain.

what program you taking,

and you joining the ski club thing, itll be good to have a fellow NSer to hit the park with,

even though im not that good.
 
im taking Tourism Management, what about you guys?

and to the person in 2nd year, are you in the ski and snowboard club, and is it any good?
 
i was part of it last year. i spent $10 paying for a membership and one kegger. they do go on blue trips usually weekly, but i never went because they always interfered with assignments. personally i chose not to do it this year. they did go to vermont, but there are other trips that guelph organizes. we went to tremblant for 4 nights last year and it was ridiculous.
 
so would you suggest it or not? either way ill prob give it a go for this year,

and you guys went to Tremblant last year??? thats sick.
 
you might as well do it. campus vacations organizes some pretty sweet trips. you'll see a bunch of ads all around the place whenever somethings going on
 
alright thanks, how many people they usually have going on these trips and the average cost? gotta start budgeting lol

im taking human kin. south is alright man, i dont care how dirty haha partying it up, and ye im joinin the club, pumped to ski i cant wait

i wanna work at chicopee this year, just to get a free pass, you?
 
yeah i joined the club and went to that pizza lunch, you didn't miss much if you didn't go, they didn't much really just kinda ate and talked to the ppl around you.

dont think ill be working this winter, too much work, but i could possibly apply at glen eden and work over winter, maybe for the free pass but i dunno, kinda far to travel for me just for the day
 
storm the pool on wednesday! if you guys havent gone swimming yet at 11 you should all come because the diving board is sick
