Grouse Skiers!

I'm going monday... Maybe tomorrow... haven't decided. I wonder if it'll be crowded on a Saturday in April.
 
I also dont know any skiers their and saw a few today. were any of you guys there today? i am gonna be there tomorrow with 2 snowboarders and i wear a grey 686 jacket and black pants and 06 karmas but if it is nice out then i might bust out the old school one peice.
 
end of the season, oh well, had a good session on the hip today. thanks for the memories grouse :)
 
Good day at seymour, snowed all day. Also skiied decent powder for april.

I don't understand why it's all closing.

It boggles my mind.
 
This time last year they were scrambling to keep stuff open. Seymour hired numerous dump trucks to move snow from the parking lots and the lower lot just so they could stay open one extra weekend.

Grouse was pushing snow from all over to keep the cut and the jib park open.

Now that they have tons of snow, and no rocks even close to showing, and they won't stay open. It's just stupid to me.
 
i know normally on last day your hitting rocks all over the place, and that last storm they had was what its like in febuary. crazy
 
Has anyone heard somthing about a huge table being build in the middle of cut for some pros to do a shoot on??? cuase a guy at school told me somting about it.
 
i worked at grouse this year and it sucked, i was there bitch and all they did was yell at me, well at least this one girl. but i never see any skiers up there, i only know 2 skiers but they live in new west so i never see them so i go with 2-3 usualy 1 snowboarders
 
I always saw skiers up there, but didn't know very many of them.

So many new kids. Shit shit. Next year I'm just gonna lurk by the shack and not talk to anyone.

I'll arrive in van in november for one year, i'll share a house in kits. it's possible to work at grouse or seymour (lift operator) and go to job by bus???
