i like semore best because there i alot of nuce snow in parts even if it hasant snowed. also they have some nice rail. no offence but grouse is for nubes

it's my home mountain too. I pretty much only ski there just to goof around and play in the park all day. Then i go to whistler to get the pow lines and all that good stuff.

the thing is, you guys dont ride grouse mountain all the time. Maybe on weekends, but when I go up grouse almost every weeknight im definitley not seeing any skiers i dont know.

i go to grouse like 3 times a week. i barely ever see any skiers tho.

seymour is flat and is for park rats.

i biked the shit on the right hand side of the mountain if you are looking up at it.......... it was in september and i cant remeber what the mountain is called.... for some reason cheese comes into mind

grouse has more runs and a bit steeper. the park sucks. im sure that seymour is great but i dont go there because its too far.

what's the point of a run's average slope to be steep if you can't drop off of anything along the way?

ive been to seymour once and i dont really remember it. but i know someone who goes there and he says its flat as shit but the bc is ten times better and the park is better

it probably is better but its further for me and grouse already takes me 30-60 mins. (i live in the dunbar ubc area) and going to seymour would be too much. it prob costs more too because they dont have the y2play.

i was skiing at grouse before I was injured. Never made it up to seymore because the shuttle bus costed me money. I hate Cypress so much!!!

Grouse is okay though, I didnt see many twintip skiers though.

seymour is shitty, I worked their, and they treat the workers like crap, ski instructor for 2 years, and they sacked me because they didn't have any work for me, took my pass away, and told me to fuck off basically for something that was out of my control. plus, the mountain is outdated, and the only thing they have that is good is a park, and you don't even need to pay to use it, just hike up there, they dont check tickets. and frankly, I would rather ski at a place that actually cares about the people that ski their. Grouse rules, seymour sucks, its like going back to the 70's visiting seymour. and they are not cheaper, it costs more on gas to drive there because they have a road that goes up the mountain, grouse, you just park your car at the base, and take the tram. Also, Seymour is full or people that steal your gear, everyday someones stuff is stolen, you can't leave a bag even in the park, or some punk ass kid takes it. fuck seymour, I'm heading to Grouse.

30 mins for me at wierd times in the day like 7:30am, or 10-11:ooam, 60 mins or more if there is traffic, which is most of the time

grouse sucks, its too wanna be whistler. Seymour wheer i also worked as a ski instructor...or didn't work was sick, it was so slack, and noone knew what was happening, and lots of dirnking could be done. Grouse wnats to be cool, but it isn't, so it sucks....seymour doens't give a shit about anything because they know they are on the verge of shutting down ever year, so its a sick mtn. Lots of natural hits and if you know where to go there is sick backcountry. I've grown up in whistler form birth to 18, and now i have lived in the city and skied seymour for 2 years...i love it.

very true you try to joke around with most of the employees and there just like im going to have to clip your pass if you dont stop.

i learnt how to ski on grouse but then have been skiing whistler ever since i went back to grouse this season for a day and it wasnt fun the park didnt open tell 3 the snow was shit and there was no cliffs grouse was good when i was learning but now i thought it sucked
