Grouse 2010/11

till may fucking 15th. thats definitely the latest shore mountain closing in my lifetime. grouse holding it down on this one. on top of that ski lift tickets are gonna cost the same as normal admission tickets.
 
I was on the chairlift on Sunday with one of the park crew guys and I asked if they we"re don't hitting the setup for alterna and he said ya plus they might be pidgin the jumps back up

hes got the tom jacket but if i remember correctly this guy looks like literally a spitting image of a younger sage cattabrigalosa.
 
deffinately not gonna happen. shaw is done for the season. the rebuild that just happened will be the last one.
 
next time i see you on the mountain i am calling you sage. older kids gave me a nickname way back, its just the cycle of life.

98-99 Grouse was open Until July 5th or something stupid. I skied on Canada day on Grouse that year. So you are wrong, sorry. Unless you are 12 years old or younger.
 
yeah i turned 6 that year, definitely don't remember that. that was the retarded el nino year was it not?

Taken from the FB page: Guess what... Again! We're extending the season! There will be a temporary closure of skiing/snowboarding from May 17 to May 27 for some previously scheduled annual maintenance. May 28, skiing/riding will resume on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am-5:30pm throughout the month of June until Canada Day! The Snowshoe Grind will also remain open indefinitely. Thanks for all your support and requests!

What a year for me to go dislocating my shoulder... So pissed that I can't be skiing. Especially now that they're running into July.
