holy God that was scary. especially when you knew the boarder was about to come of the lip any second but the groomer wouldnt fall flat
 
fuck man. ive heard stories of groomers running people over and killing them. like shredding them. your friend best count his blessings. did he get kicked out?
 
When he was riding away "looking pumped" its because he pretty much just shat his pants.

I agree it looks like hes an idiot but... imagine this, your heading up the lift, you see that sick jump, everything looks fine, no groomer in sight, he decides to duck the rope. Ya it wasn't the smartest thing but if your grooming the landing of the jump shouldn't you block off the lip or have a spotter? The park was closed for a private shoot, my friend knows all the guys filming and thought it was no big deal. Obviously looking back things might be different, but hindsight is 20/20. It's easy for people to judge the situation from a 20 second clip but always remember there might be and probably is more to the story.

If the parks closed the parks closed. your "buddy" should be arrested for doing stupid shit like that. Thank him for all of us, people like him are the reasons insurance rates keep going up every year.
 
But the video is also a fake, camera still on tripod, jump in tape, cat looks cut in there, it's almost like fat mans edits where you use aftereffects and cut two clips into one.
 
why the fuck would they have to do this when they CLOSED OFF THE PARK

that has to be fake. even where he lands, the snow looks the same as it did before (when he ladned on that part tho it would be easy to tell because of the groomer mark)

Its most likely fake, the groomer doesnt stop moving after he flies over it and he rides away like nothing happened

I could understand if it was a dude throwing something insanely epic, then people calling it fake...

But no, its a guy doing something insanely stupid...and people still call it fake.
