Gripwalk AFD Issue for Cast System

Recently received a pair of cast 15s and I'm mounting them to gripwalk boots. However, the afd plate on the toepiece is still alpine and i was just giving pieces of a gripwalk plate. Wondering if anybody knows how to get that on the toepice.

cast manufactures their own AFDs, so if you have a gripwalk LOOK AFD it won’t work with your cast toe. Last I checked, cast was selling them for like $15/AFD. Once you have the right AFD, there’s a little Allen screw that you can loosen on the underside of the toe that allows you to slide the AFD off and replace it.

its pretty easy, theres two little tabs on on the AFD that attach it to the toes. Should be pretty easy swap

Are the toes already converted to the cast plates? If so theres a small allen head screw on the underside of the afd. Unscrew that and the alpine afd should come off, then screw on the gripwalk one
