Any tips on rail grindings or doing 360's or bigger/smaller stuff when i first try it?

i think we need some information first, if you know what I mean.....how experienced are you? what size rails/what type/ what size tables? is there anything you need help with inparticular?

i am starting to get into freestyle skiing so im kind of new to it but i have been doing it for like a year so im not totaly a newb.

stay low(knees bent), and for spinning just keep lookin no matter what untill you see your landing

^ hes right. for spins just start on smaller jumps (like the ones that come up from the side of the trail if you know what i mean)on an easy trail. then go to the park and do it. or just do your first one into a shitload of powder. thats so fun!

 
the first thing you really gotta learn would to be hitting the kickers with confidence. you should be able to do a moderatley big jump wiht like a grab or somehting before you learn to do spins so you are confident with landing jumps

 
try doing 3's on the snow, get used to the idea of losing sight of where your going shit. or try little 180's and then spinning your self around after u land.
