grind plates?

can someone tell me if there are any products avilable to protect your skis from rails, and where can I get one, do they work, can you ski with them on, do you rate them, thanks

the rossi pow air grind, it wass built in to a modelof the pow-air, just a tougher base i think, never heard of anything else.

Grind plates dosen't exist. You can get skis with material build for grinding, but nothing else. My advice is to get a couple of really cheap skis. The last year models.
