Looking for bindings for some jmos and Im not a big guy so I have had px12s in the past with no issues. I was looking at these griffons and just want to make sure that after a few seasons these are comperable in durability to px12 since ive had no issues with mine in the past.

Good buy/Bad buy for me?

Im 5'10 and 150lbs, never had issue whit my griffon, they are light and i like the shape. So yea youll be fine.

i would say they are as durable as the px12.if you want to spend the $$$ to get griffons though, i would recommend going for the jester as that is a binding you can use for 3,4,5+ seasons.( with you taking care of them.)

I would go for the jesters but the only option I can get is with the Schizo system. Griffons or Schizo jester....

Ohh, don't get Schizos, they kinda blow.

Personally I'd recommend px12s, I've only had good experiences with Look bindings. I also have Jesters and they're fine, but I've heard that they are much better than Griffons due to fewer plastic components.

Basically, you're guaranteed a bomber binding out of a px12, and Griffons are kinda up in the air. If you're already used to px12s, I think the choice should be pretty easy.

A lot of people hate on griffons, but personally ive never had a my issues with my own pair, they're solid bindings

i love my griffons for how light they are but i snapped the white piece that holds up the heel last year. I'm 5'9", 150 lbs

i love my px12's they have been on 3 skis and beat to hell but still hold up. i wanna try soem griffons, but they cost alot.

i have been riding my px12's for 4 years and have had only one broken brake in that time. i dont see why they get so much hate. they are pretty bomber bindings and at a really good price (i just got some 2010 px12's with 120mm brakes at evo for 155)
